スコレサイトとヒューランダイトは、どちらも沸石（ゼオライト）のグループに属する鉱物です。スコレサイトは細い柱状の結晶が群生する形状が特徴で、ヒューランダイトはガラス光沢や真珠光沢のある美しい劈開面を持つことが特徴です。この2つが共生して産出される天然石は、美しい色合いを持ちます。
